LEICESTER HOLD HODGSON TALKS

Leicester City have held preliminary talks with former England boss Roy Hodgson in taking over their vacant managerial position having sacked Claudio Ranieri that led the Foxes to Premier League triumph last season, per Daily Mail.

The Thai owners are desirous of bringing in an experienced manager in their quest of re-building the team, with Hodgson – who in August turns 70 – fitting the bill.

MAX ALLEGRI CONFIRMS ARSENAL MOVE

Juventus current manager Massimiliano Allegri has bring to his friends notice that he is set to take over from Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, according to Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.

The 49-year-old Italian tactician guided the Old Lady to two consecutive league success in Italy, and has been heavily linked as Wenger successor at the Emirates.

WEST HAM REJECT CHINA BIDS FOR CARROLL

West Ham United have rejected three bids from Chinese Super League teams for their forward Andy Carroll, according to reports coming from Sky Sports.

Trio clubs from China in the likes of Tianjin Quanjian, Hebei China Fortune and Shandong Luneng were all interested in sealing the former Liverpool forward before the close of the Chinese transfer window, but were fend off by the Hammers.

CHELSEA COULD LAND BONUCCI

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte could be on the verge to get reunited with defender Leonardo Bonucci following the Italian defender down the pecking order under new boss Massimiliano Allegri, per reports from The Sun.

The Turin outfit have registered interest as a possible long-term replacement and reports have claimed the Old Lady are interested in the likes Mattia Caldara and Daniele Rugani and could decide to selling the 29-year-old should a reasonable bid of £42 million showcase.

TOBY ALDERWEIRELD TO SIGN NEW SPURS DEAL

Per Daily Mail, Toby Alderweireld is set to put pen to contract at Tottenham.

The Belgium international has become an integral part of Spurs defence since making his move from Southampton in the summer of 2015, with the North London club conceding just 32 goals in 26 games so far this season.

The 27-year-old’s current deal with the Spurs contains a £25 million release clause, but the new agreed deal would see the release clause option removed as Mauricio Pochettino’s side are keen to retain his services.

ARSENE WENGER TO COACH REAL MADRID

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger would like to take the reigns of European reigning champions Real Madrid  this summer, according to report coming from The Telegraph.

The Frenchman is said to rejected a mouth-watering £30m-per-year job in the Chinese Super League in favour on continuing his stay amongst Europe’s top elite clubs, with Real thought to be his preferred destination. The Los Blancos, however, doesn’t in rush to replace his compatriot Zinedine Zidane.

MANCHESTER UNITED INTERESTED IN CESC FABREGAS

EFL Cup giants, Manchester United will consider a summer acquisition for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, per the Daily Telegraph reports.

The Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho has long been a favourite of the Spaniard, and wants his  side to make an audacious move should it become possible Chelsea are willing to sell their prized star.

However, in the bid of the completing a move for Fabregas, they will face keen competition from AC Milan who remain the forerunners in the chase of the former Barcelona and Arsenal midfielder, and would be willing to break the bank to offer £27 million for his signature.

JUVENTUS JOIN MAN UTD AND CHELSEA IN FORWARD FIGHT

Italian champions Juventus have registered interest along-with Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea in the race of signing Fiorentina forward Federico Bernardeschi, according to Italian reports La Stampa.

The 23-year-old midfielder, who has been tipped ‘the new Baggio’, has seen the net 10 times this season to registered interest in a summer transfer from top European flights in England and Italy.

STEFAN DE VRIJ FAVOURS THE RED DEVILS

Lazio defender Stefan De Vrij would jump at the chances to join Manchester United this summer, according to report from The Express.

Chelsea are also said to be interested in striking a move for the Netherlands international, but he has expressed huge desire to complete a £30 million move to Old Trafford in the coming summer.

ARSENAL CHASING KURZAWA

Arsenal per new emerging reports are interested to shift interest for Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa, according to Sport Mediaset.

The Emirates club are ready to bring in new reinforcements back to the club following their unimpressive performances  this season and have seen selected the left-back – which is likely to cost the Gunners £17 million as a summer acquisition regardless of whether Arsene Wenger remains the manager or not.

ARSENAL WATCH NAPOLI’S LORENZO INSIGNE PERFORMANCE

Arsenal scout were present at Napoli’s 2-0 loss at home to Atalanta on Saturday to watch the forward in action, according to Italian based news outfit Tuttormercatoweb.

The Italian forward has been in superb form recently, with spectacular efforts against Real Madrid and Chievo Verona showing long-standing links to Arsenal in the summer.

Another player the Gunners scouts were viewing is Faouzi Ghoulam, whose contract situation at Napoli has led to speculation that Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich could swoop in for the left-back.

HECTOR BELLERIN CONSIDERING MAN CITY SWITCH

Arsenal’s and Spain international defender Hector Bellerin is keen on joining Manchester City this summer, according to Don Balon.

The report  came in as a shock despite the Spaniard just signing a new deal with Gunners, it’s said that Bellerin is concerned about the direction the club is going in and might considered committing his future elsewhere.

Also, Barcelona remain an option, as they were favorite in signing the Spaniard back in the August transfer window and their interest was registered in January.

SERGIO AGUERO EYES UP MADRID MOVE

The City’s striker wants a move to Real Madrid in search of greener pasture at the end of the season, if reports making the rounds per The Sun are anything to go by.

Following the inclusion of Gabriel Jesus to Etihad, the Argentine international worried about spending too much time on the bench and is desirous of teaming up with the Los Blancos outfit this summer.

TOTTENHAM JOIN ARCH RIVALS ARSENAL IN THE HUNT FOR RABIOT

Tottenham have joined their London arch rivals Arsenal in the hunt for signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot. According to the Daily Mirror, the Spurs could be about to rebuild their interest in the Les Perisiens midfielder having previously failed in a loan bid to sign the 21-year-old in January.

PEP GUARDIOLA PLAN £140M MONACO RAID

Pep’s Guardiola side are preparing to spend a mouth-watering £140 million in securing the services of four stars away from French side Monaco, per Calcio Mercato.

Earlier last month, the Citizens have been linked with £50m-rated teenage young sensation who has been as the new ‘Thierry Henry’, but are also interested in other trio Fabinho and Benjamin Mendy, as well as attacking midfielder Thomas Lemar.

City would have to break the bank for another £90m to land the trio, who all played in the 5-3 defeat to City at the Etihad on Tuesday.
