Going by reports making round in Antonio Conte’s homeland, Italy, he might be leaving Premier League at the end of the season despite his contract with the Blues having two more years before expiration. La Republica reports that new Inter Milan owner, the Sunning Group, have started negotiations to bring the Italian to Serie A.

Inter are really determined to bring him back to Italy as representatives have been sent to make an offer for Conte.
His arrival at the Italian outfit would deter the progress of current manager Stefano Piolo. Piolo contract still run till 2018 but he could be laid off if he fails to deliver.
Inter are currently sixth in Serie A after they were defeated 3-1 by Roma on Sunday and they are in a struggle to qualify for Champions League next season.

The Blues will find it difficult releasing Conte after he made such huge impact at Stamford Bridge in his first season at the club.
