Premier League giants Everton has been on top of their game recently under Portuguese manager Marco Silva. From look of things, the Toffees’ effort is to challenge for European football next season.
The Toffees has a good striker in the team and in light of this, Ademola Lookman has not been given a lucky chance. The winger is put on hand down to predominantly making appearances off the long seat.
The 21-year-old showed his ability throughout the second-half of the last season scoring five goals from 11 in all appearances.
Crystal Palace on the other hand, have been inconsistent in attack this season and they have been a little dependent upon Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha. The signing of Lookman to their rank would add hallmark to Roy Hodgson’s strike. The youngster has what it takes to play on both sides and will be able to turn out for Townsend and Zaha.
Eagles boss Hodgson is a well-known manager who admires working well with young talent. Last season, he helped manage Ruben Luftus-Cheek into a standard player and Loftus-Cheek won a particular position in the England World Cup team before returning to his boyhood club Chelsea during last summer transfer window.
CPFC are set for a battle to avoid relegation this season and they should put in intensity to their squad in January. Lookman is a quality player whose phantom they could profit from.
