Steven Gerrard’s Rangers side have lost the first Old Firm derby to Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic side at the Celtic park on Sunday afternoon.

Rangers were top bookmakers favourite to earn all three points against Celtic in the Scottish today, but this never has happened as predicted.

Although, there’s a sign relief in Rangers this time around as they headed into the match with great confidence, and their fans must have been looking forward to the Old Firm derby today.

Celtic, tough, proved they are the best and strongest team in the Scottish Premiership, and Rodgers’ and his men came out on top this afternoon.

Olivier Ntcham’s goals that came in the 62nd minute demonstrated to be the difference between the Hoops and Rangers at Celtic Park.

Moussa Dembele, who joined French side Olympique Lyonnais on deadline day, was following the match, and the now Lyon striker has taken to his social media account Twitter to reveal in intention in the win for Celtic.

Former Celtic duo Chris Sutton and John Hartson were also on Twitter to give their reaction to the win for their former side against Rangers at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.
