Tottenham Hotspur midfielder and France international Moussa Sissoko could be bidding the North London club farewell this summer.

According to FutnSoccer and Bleacher report, Spurs are considering selling out the midfield flop to a club in the Chinese Super League for a large fee.

Tottenham’s boss Mauricio Pochettino originally became interested in Sissoko and completed his signing from Newcastle United last summer after having an impressive performance in last year EURO 2016 for France.

Now a season later, despite Spurs being in the top four of the Premier League, the £30 million rated player has failed to have any impact in the just concluded Premier League campaign.

Squawka have recorded that Sissoko was only able to create a total of 20 chances with two assists, with a ridiculous 25% shot accuracy and duel success rate averaging below 40%.

Following the recent arrival of big money in the Chinese Super League, many top European clubs and top flight players have expressed their surprise at the amount of funds the Chinese were pumping into the league to acquire players of high caliber.

Following the recent movement of players such as Lavezzi, Hulk, Oscar and Tevez to china, all for a ridiculous fee over the year, Pochettino is looking to complete the deal and recoup more than what he originally paid for Moussa Sissokko, should he decide on a move to the far east.

The move would be of great benefit to Sissoko as well due to the fact that the Chinese Super League have some of the big names of the game with them, whose earnings are one of the largest in the world with Tevez earning £31.9 million per year.

Sissoko might as well start learning Mandarin now.
