Bayern Munich have reportedly completed the signing of Leon Goretzka, and that is a massive boost for Manchester United as Renato Sanches is free to leave.

Having missed out on the Portuguese international last summer, the 19-year-old who had already register 25 appearances in all competition for the Bavarians this season but has failed to net a single goal or create any assist.

In turn, there’ve been questions marks over his future with Bayern Munich, although it’s suggested according to The Sun that Carlo Ancelotti has intimated that he expects much more from his side youngster next season.

Nevertheless, that hasn’t stopped reports over his exit from the club, with the same report claiming that the Red Devils could break the bank for a £30m bid to hijack him away from their European rivals.

The Bavarian manager sounds as though he’s ready to try Sanches for another season for him to prove his worth, but time will tell if Manchester United get wind of it and lay pressure on them to consider selling him.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail claim that the Red Devils are also eyeing Porto ace Yacine Brahimi as they look set to miss out on Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe who will join Real Madrid this summer, if reports are anything to go by.

It’s claimed that Jose Mourinho is strongly interested in bringing in new bloods to strengthen his attack on the left flank to ensure that his 4-3-3 lineup becomes a magic next season, and Brahimi seemingly fits the bill with regards.

However, it could be problematic to hijack the 27-year-old French-born Algerian international from Porto this summer, as it’s claimed that he has a huge £51m buy-out clause in his contract with the Portuguese giants and it’s highly unlikely that’s a figure that Man Utd are willing to pay.

Without any doubts, there’s no denying the Frenchman’s quality and attacking threat would benefit Manchester United, but they will have to be sensible in the market too and strengthen with individuals who represent value for money.
