It is public knowledge that Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is planning to overturn his squad as soon as the transfer window commence in the summer.

The Spaniard will have been keeping tabs on fresh talent in anticipation of the 2017-18 season as he continues to gain relevance at Old Trafford.

Guardiola have earlier been linked several players. Some reports suggests he plans to raid Tottenham squad for three of their best players, Dele Alli, Kyle Walker and Danny Rose.

Another report have claimed that City are targeting former Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha for a possible move to the Etihad Stadium this summer.

The 24-year old transferred to United back in 2013 after gaining ground in Crystal Palace but he failed to replicate his performance for Palace at Old Trafford.

He moved back to Palace on loan before the South-London outfit decided to make his stay a permanent one.

The Ivory Coast international has become critically acclaimed, and his productivity was instrumental in Palace leaving the dangerous zone on the Premier League table.

The Palace winger has drawn attention of various clubs, Man City not excluded. They would compete real hard to acquire the service of Zaha.

Aside City, Tottenham Hotspur are also keeping tabs on Zaha and they are preparing to make an offer worth £25 million in the summer.

Stating the obvious, Palace are not eager to let one of their best players go just yet. They are prepared to hold him down with an offer that would make him the highest earner at Selhurst Park.

They are allegedly willing to offer him a £110-per-week contract which would make him the best paid player over Christian Benteke, according to The Guardian.
