West Ham United are reportedly considering a £30m swoop for Arsenal on-loan midfielder Jack Wilshere, with claim and counter claim on the interweb that the Englishman is unlikely to return to AFC Bournemouth when his loan expires at the end of this season.
Wishere has gained an important role in Bournemouth’s squad this season, having registered 26 appearances for the Cherries making it the midfielder largest number of Premier League appearances in season for seven years.
On his current deal with Arsenal, he has one-year remaining but is concerned about the amount of first-team opportunities that will be available to him when he returns to the Emirates in the summer.

The Hammers will be considering bringing him early this summer, having seen their down to series of injuries to their player after their recent move to the Olympic Stadium from Upton Park at the end of last season.
The Gunners midfield maestro is seen as an ideal candidate to shake up the Hammers midfield, and he seems interested in staying in London should he leave Arsenal.
The Irons currently sit 14th in the table, with six points between them and the relegation zone. Slaven Bilic has failed to replace talisman Dimitri Payet since his well-documented return to Marseille in January, and the Croatian believes that Wilshere has the quality to become a fan favourite for his side.
However, any deal for Wilshere is not likely to be cheap, and the Hammers will have to cough up in excess of £30m to secure the signature of the English midfielder.
