Celtic forward Moussa Dembele is all set to be watched by the Liverpool scouts when his side take on Rangers in the Scottish Premiership tie on Sunday. Dembele has been on fire this season and has bagged 23 goals already in 44 appearances for the Bhoys.

Dembélé signed for Fulham aged sixteen, from Paris Saint-Germain, in 2012. He subsequently became a regular in the Fulham U18 team and won the Premier Academy League in his first season with the club. He signed his first contract with Fulham in July 2013 until the summer of 2015.

His brilliant performances have drawn attention from top European clubs and it seems like there might be heavy competition in the summer for his signature when the summer transfer window opens at the end of the season.

Per Dailyrecord, it claimed that the Frenchman is set to be watched by the Liverpool scouts when Celtic’s take on Rangers.

The Frenchman is the leading goal scorer for his side in the Scottish Premiership this season. The Scottish side are 27 points ahead of the 2nd placed Aberdeen and it is now a given that the Bhoys are all all set to win the title early. The only question that remains is whether they will go the whole season undefeated.

There are still games left to play this campaign and in football, nothing can be taken for granted. Celtic’s rival club Rangers are one of the fiercest of rivals and the stakes are high for when they take on each other.

They are also scheduled to face each other in the Scottish cup semi-final in April and the Celtic’s No. 10 will prove to be the key factor for his side when they take on Rangers.

The 20-year-old still has a lot left in his career. He can improve massively and can go on to become one of the most sought-after strikers in the world. The only issue for the player is his next career move. There are not much challenging fixture in the Scottish league as it is in Europe and hence, he might find it difficlut to settle down if he makes a move.

Premier League is known to pose difficulties to even the most talented and established stars and Dembele will need to work his socks out to become a success in England. Also the level of pressure of playing for to clubs in England is extremely high and he can have a look at Wilfried Zaha to know more about this. The pressure could literally kill a player and he has to be wise in making his next move.

However, moving to Liverpoool, he would be under the tutelage of Jurgen Klopp and the German is known for his ability to establish young talents. Though the weight of leading the Reds front line is extremely high, the former Borussia Dortmund manager would certainly help in establishing Dembele in handling it all.
