Celtic skipper Moussa Dembele has paid a lyrical tribute to his team-mate on Twitter after they managed to overcome the sending-off of Jozo Simunovic to end the Old Firm Derby 3-2 at Ibrox against Rangers

Dembele, who finds the net to make it 2-2 on the stroke of half-time, took to his personal Twitter account after the match to heap praise on the ten men who won the match for the club.

Dembele wrote on his official Twitter page after the game:

“Pressure, tension, fight… love these big games, the dembelition was unleashed today! They played with 11 man but we were 10 SOLDIERS with the appetite of Lions and a green and white army behind! Enjoy Bhoys & Ghirls, this is how it feels to be Celtic.”

The Frenchman has been on his best run of form in some time for Celtic, with his goal against Rangers his fourth in the last three games.

Dembele will be a vital figure for the rest of the season as Celtic aim to complete their second consecutive domestic treble.

Aside all this, he should be proud of their win today, and he played a big part in that win. Dembele’s goal on the stroke of halt-time changed the game, and gave Celtic the confidence to go for the win in the second half even when they reduced to ten men.

His recent good form has resulted with Celtic going on a winning run, and he will be a key player for the rest of the season. Dembele may even form a striker partnership with Odsonne Edouard, the match-winner against Rangers, who looks to be player with a very bright future, which will hopefully be in Glasgow.
