Celtic have fans have taken to Twitter to share delight about Charly Musonda after the Belgian came off the bench to help the Scottish champions win 1-0 against Zenit St Petersburg in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Bhoys manager Brendan Rodgers caused a quite a stir when he didn’t include the 21-year-old in his line-up ahead of kick-off with Callum McGregor coming in to start in his place.

Musonda had not been in form for Celtic in his last two outings but wasted no time in having an impact at Parkhead against the Russian side when he played a a major role in McGregor’s winner.
