Former Scottish top flight player Tam McManus believes reigning Scottish Premiership champions Celtic are considering to offload Moussa Dembele, who head McManus thinks has been turned due to intense on-going transfer speculations.
Dembele has severally been linked with an exit from the club with claims and counter-claims saying Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion as well as Crystal Palace are interested in his service.
This has led to Dembele been regularly overlooked by the Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers and it was claimed in December that Celtic had agreed a fee to him to Brighton, a report which was later denied by the Scottish giants to be false.
Despite rejecting those claims, reports has not stop linking the France under-21 star with an exit from the club and McManus thinks Celtic are going to sell him before the current window closes.
“Celtic IMO very keen to sell Dembele now”, McManus wrote on Twitter.
“His performance in the Rangers game and subsequent indulgence/petulance getting a shower during game should have set off alarm bells for every Celtic fan watching it.
“Head has been turned for me and best for everyone now if moves on”, he added.

Moussa Dembele has scored just eight goals in 21 appearances across all competition for Celtic this season, in a marked decline to his performances in the previous season; last season the ex-Fulham striker scored 32 goals across 29 games.
