It has been a difficult season at The Emirates for Arsene Wenger which has seen the Frenchman come under scrutiny constantly for the bad results. But Wenger, who has been in-charge of Arsenal for more than a couple of years, could yet stay at the club for another season. Sacking Wenger would be a difficult situation for the Gunners and there is every chance that he might stay with the club for at least another year to try and get his side back to their best next season.
If he should sign an extension, it will surely be his last chance with Arsenal and that will mean that he will whatever it takes to bring back the club’s lost glory. However, to achieve this, he would consider bringing in new bloods to the club though the club has been linked with some big names recently, here are three players the French boss should sign this summer to finally pass his acid test at the Emirates.
Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund):

Arguably one of the best finishers in world football at the moment, Marco Reus is one of the best player in the game in his position and though the German is slightly injury prone, he is a top class player that would improve Arsenal attack. Borussia Dortmund are not ready to his Elvis leave the building but he has yet been linked with an exit this summer. Reus is tied with the Bundesliga giants till 2019 and may be available at not too much than his market value and Wenger should surely do what it takes to land him at the Emirates. With 6 goals and 7 assists to his name in just 15 games, the German is a dangerous player who can tear defence apart and can make this Arsenal attack completely exciting.
Andrea Belotti (Torino):

Andrea Belotti is the most expensive option on this list, he is probably the best option for the Gunners this summer. Current in the best form of his life, he has nailed a place in the first team for club and country and has 24 goals and 4 assists in all domestic competitions. Belotti at his age, he is one of the most incredible strikers attracting huge interest from top European clubs and Arsenal could do with one such player leading their attack. Should Alexis Sanchez stays with Arsenal this summer, Belotti would push him a more natural wide position adding more depth to the North London attack. The Italian valued very highly and is contracted with the Italian side till 2021 and Torino would settle for nothing less than his £85m release clause. But at his age, Belotti is worth every penny and can turn Arsene Wenger’s side into a title-winning one next season.
Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon):

Lacazette, arguably one of the best finishers in world football at the moment, the French international has been severally linked with Arsenal for some time now but it has proved difficult for Wenger to lure him out of France ever since then. However, with the Frenchman’s side urgently in need of new additions and a world-class goal poacher, Wenger may succeed in his final attempt in bringing to the Emirates. This season he bagged 29 goals and created 4 assists in all competitions for Lyon. Lacazette has had yet another brilliant season and currently per Mirror, valued at around £40m. He is contract with the Lyonnais till 2019 which might see Wenger land him at around his market value this summer. His compatriot might easily be the man who can take Arsenal back to their best this coming season.
