Hoops fans can be happy with the latest Celtic news about Marvin Compper and Karamoko Dembele who in the reserves game against Hearts reports The Sun.

The German defender Compper has managed to make it to the Hoops’ main team only once since his arrival in 2018.

The 33-year-old has made 150 appearances for Hoffenheim, the longest of his entire career. The erstwhile Leipzig star moved to Parkhead back in January  2018.

In the reserves game against Hearts, the German centre-back found the score shoot by a wonderful header. Alongside him, the teenage sensation Dembele caught the eyes of everyone with his performance.

The English youth scored a stunning free kick that led to the opening goal of the Hoops followed by a shot which hit the crossbar after leaving the opponent defenders behind his trail. He went on to score the winning goal in injury time thus defeating the Hearts 3-2.

Earlier last month, Dembele turned sixteen which meant he had attained the rights to play in the first team as per the rules of SPFL.

At the age of 13, the forward garnered massive attention by representing the Scottish club’s U-20 team. The English prospect is highly known for his skills show and had a wonderful stint with his country’s U-16 team.

Dembele has signed a contract last year which will keep him at the Parkhead till 2021. The Hoops are currently leading the Premiership table and have set their eyes on the eighth consecutive title in a row.

Neil Lennon, the new makeshift manager of the Hoops took the helm after Brendan Rodgers sought an exit to the Premier League. The defending champions will face the winners of Rangers and Aberdeen game in the Scottish Cup semi-final.
