For a brilliant Champions League run next season, Liverpool should look to signing Mauricio Lemos and 2 these two other unknown fringe stars.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are within the reach of a place in the Champions League next season and he will want to get some big names to the Anfield to help this side in all four-front next season. Klopp has been linked with some of the most exciting stars in Europe for a move to Liverpool this summer and is sure to spend massively on his transfer targets.
However, the German boss also have an eye on young talent making the rounds around Europe and will look to add some unknown talent to his side at Anfield. The former Borussia Dortmund man is a brilliant manager and there will be no shortage of players who would not want to develop under a coach like him.
With Maurcio Lemos first on the list, here are three such unknown stars around Europe that Klopp should target this summer:
Mauricio Lemos (Las Palmas):

Liverpool are lacking a strong, hard tackling defender in their ranks and that is exactly what Lemos can truly bring to Anfield. Lemos is known for his strength in tackling and ability to read the game, the Uruguay star is a strong defender who has previously played in Russia before moving to Spain. Just 20-years-old, he is on the rise and become a player who can slot in well for Liverpool in the years to come. Although, he will not be a guaranteed first-team starter as Liverpool will be looking to field a more experienced centre-back but surely, he is one for in the future.
Benjamin Henrichs (Bayer Leverkusen):

Benjamin Henrichs is an ideal Bundesliga player Klopp can target this summer. Klopp’s side are lacking a genuine left-back in their ranks with James Milner deputizing at the moment. And though Henrichs cannot be regarded as a genuine left-back he is one of the most versatile defenders in Germany and is equally comfortable playing on either side. Henrichs has three assists to his name this season and could be the defender who can take the left-back under Jurgen Klopp at Anfield in the years to come.
Timo Werner (RB Leipzig):

Another Bundesliga star Klopp can look to invest on this summer. Werner is German club RB Leipzig’s striker who has been in mind-blowing form for his German side this season. He has 21 goals and five assists to his name in all competition and is just the kind of genuine goal-poacher who the Reds lack in their squad at the moment. Werner has already been linked with a move to Anfield this summer and with connections between Klopp and him, this is a deal that can go through.
Having read all this, which of these youngsters do you think Jurgen Klopp should sign this summer?
