Following a run of poor results for the Gunners, Arsenal manger Arsene Wenger future at the Emirates is under serious doubts. The legendary boss contract with the Gunners expires at the end of this season and there’s no clear indication from the Arsenal board as to whether an extension will be offered to the Frenchman.
His side have fallen down the ranking order for the Premier League title and have also been eliminated from the Champions League, quite humiliatingly. Such poor performances have led to fans turning frustration and anger to their veteran manager, in what has been a constant part of the Gunners season every year. But following the their 2-2 draw against strong Manchester City side and their 3-0 win against West Ham United, there seems to be renewed hope for French boss future at the club.
This results shows that he has good number of supporters behind him and although there’s not much to get out of this season, a top 4 finish will be seen as Arsenal most important target. The Gunners squad isn’t short of prominence with stars like Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Laurent Koscielny, Shkodran Mustafi, Granit Xhaka, and Petr Cech at the Emirates, but there gun still remain jammed, which if fixed, can the perfect eliminating tool for the Gunners in bid to secure titles year after year.
If Wenger should remain at the Emirates, he might have to be a little wilder. Even his summer acquisitions; Xhaka, Perez and Mustafi are good players, but none of this player come close to the caliber of Alexis and Ozil. There is a constant problem within the Gunners squad and the addition of certain top players should be seen as the object with utmost necessity if the French manager choose to continue with the Gunners. Below are three super French internationals who could be ideal for the Gunners including Alexandre Lacazette:
Djibril Sidibe

Arguably, Sidibe is one of the most brilliant right back out there. The French defender is the kind of player that would add some quality to the Gunners defence. Arsenal would do a lot with a solid defensive presence in the form of Sidibe.
Sidibe’s become a very important integral of a Monaco teams that currently sits on top of the Ligue 1 table, quite impressively. Having established himself in the Monaco and French national team, Sidibe would be ready for a move to any big club and the Gunners who desperately in need of new acquisitions in terms of defence, could be the perfect club for him. Signing Sidibe would come with the added advantage of him being able to play for Arsenal at left-back and also in central defence.
Alexandre Lacazette

Here is a player who much have been talked about recently, and he is arguably one of the best finishers in world football at the moment, the French international has been severally linked with Arsenal for some time now but it has proved difficult for Wenger to lure him out of France ever since then. However, with the Frenchman’s side urgently in need of new additions and a world-class goal poacher, Wenger may succeed in his final attempt in bringing to the Emirates. This season he bagged 30 goals in 37 and created 4 assists in all competitions for Lyon. Lacazette has had yet another brilliant season and currently per Mirror, valued at around £40m. He is contract with the Lyonnais till 2019 which might see Wenger land him at around his market value this summer. His compatriot might easily be the man who can take Arsenal back to their best this coming season, meaning that he would definitely be an upgrade on compatriot Olivier Giroud.
Corentin Tolisso

Just at 22, Corentin Tolisso has already has considerable experience. This campaign, he has bagged 12 goals and created 6 chances which is quite an amazing return for someone who is playing as a box-to-box midfielder. With such superb performances, it would be hard for Lyon to hold on tone of their best players.
Midfield is perhaps one of important role in any team in terms of their build-up play. Often this season, Xhaka and Coquelin have come up short in their attempts to be the perfect link between the Gunners defence and attack. Eqyptian, Mohammed Elneny has impressed in bouts, whereas injured Ramsey seems to have become a shadow of his former self. Under such circumstances, Wenger including Tolisso to the squad would be quite a welcome one.
