In Premier League, Manchester United and Arsenal are still the one club that have several exciting teenagers coming through the ranks right now but only a few of these youngsters have had the chance to become first team regulars.

United manager Jose Mourinho is known for not giving youth a chance, however, three players are tipped to follow the likes of Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard in time for the 2020 season.

Angel Gomes

This is the jewel in United’s academy, the 16-year-old is destined for superstardom at Old Trafford.

Mainly utilize in the attacking midfield but can also operate on either wing if required, Gomes is an England under-17 international who, if he fulfils his potential, could be one of the Red Devils’ greatest ever academy products.

Timothy Fosu-Mensah

Dutch defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah shot to limelight under the management of Louis van Gaal, former United manager but he has hit rock bottom since Mourinho took charge making him appear just seven times this season.
With that being said, the 19-year-old has everything in his hand to guarantee he is playing week in, week out for United by 2020.

Axel Tuanzebe

United have a lot of defenders on their books but by the time 2020 rolls around do not be surprised if Axel Tuanzebe has made a starting spot his own.

The tall centre-back has been tipped for great things by Mourinho and in three years he will be 22 and surely a shoo-in for regular football if he continues his current trajectory.
