Arsene Wenger seems to have had enough of Granit Xhaka act of indiscipline and he is on the look out for a replacement the Swiss midfielder.
The former Borussia Monchegladbach midfielder was given a straight red card in the match against Burnley for a needless two-footed challenge on Steven Defour- his second of the season. He was also sent off for two bookable offences against Swansea in October and it appears Wenger is fed up of his indiscipline and the French boss is reportedly for a showdown talk with the defensive midfielder.

The 24-year-old has a bad reputation for indiscipline and his dismissal against Burnley was his fifth in the league, both in the Bundesliga and the Premier League, more than any other player in Europe top five leagues.
Arsenal needed a 98th minute penalty by Alexis Sanchez to claim all the three points after Andre Gary’s 93rd minute spot-kick had cancelled out Shkodran Mustafi’s 59th minutes effort.

Xhaka will now miss the Gunners next four matches; Southampton (FA Cup), and league matches against Watford, Chelsea and Hull City.
With that current situation and with the lack of quality back-up for Francis Coquelin, Wenger is looking to reinforce that area of the team with the signing of Danilo Pereira, according to the reports coming from the Portuguese media.

The Emirates are closely watching the Porto midfielder and could make a move for him this winter transfer window. The European cup winner with Portugal is contracted to Porto until 2020 and he won’t come cheap. He has a £34.5 million release clause in his contract and must be triggered if Arsenal were to sign him.
