Sunday 12th is also the day that could decide the outcome of the Premier League title race. And by then, the winner of the title could have been known.

That said, we have selected four crunch clashes that promise to be an enthralling fixtures that take place over a pivotal 25 day period, which could decide whether the Premier League title would be lifted at Manchester or Merseyside with football betting tips websites bound to have odds selection headache on who to be place as favourites or underdogs. Below are the selected fixtures:

Liverpool vs Tottenham – Sunday 31st March

Tottenham v Liverpool

The first on the list will see Jurgen Klopp’s side playing host to Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield in two weeks from now. The race for the EPL title was formally between three Premier League team about few weeks ago, only for a poor run of form to completely rupture Spurs’ chances of glory, meaning Mauricio Pochettino’s men must now instead focus on securing a top-4 finish.

Looking at the two team head-to-head records, it’s safe to say Liverpool have better chances of winning this duel. Stats as collated since 2005 shows Liverpool to have recorded 14 wins (13 in Premier League) with Spurs having just eight wins (seven in Premier League) against Liverpool.

Elsewhere, history tells us that Spurs have only won once out of their 24 matches at Anfield dating back to 1993. Looking at this stats and how in-form Klopp’s men are, it’s hard to see them not getting all three points against Tottenham.

Liverpool v Chelsea – Sunday 14th April

Chelsea v Liverpool

Liverpool fans will hope this fixture against Chelsea will be a different one and to prove difficult for Maurizio Sarri’s side when they play at Anfield in a month’s time.

Liverpool are yet to record a win against the Blues in five league and cup matches, and it took an 89th minute equaliser from outcast Daniel Sturridge for the Merseysiders to steal a draw at the Stamford Bridge in September.

Man City v Tottenham – Saturday 20th April

Man City v Tottenham

The third leg in this pack includes Manchester City for the first time as Pep Guardiola’s men welcome Mauricio Pochettino to the Etihad in April.

The clubs have only just found out that they will go head-to-head in a sizzling Champions League quarter-final tie next month, meaning the Premier League is guaranteed an entry in the semi-finals of Europe’s elite competition.

The teams will subsequently face each other a grand spanking total of three times in the space of just 12 days, starting with the first-leg at Tottenham (9th March), followed by the return fixture at the Etihad a week later, then the aforementioned league clash three days after.

Man Utd v Man City – Wednesday 24th April

The Manchester Derby was originally scheduled for this upcoming weekend but got to be moved to a midweek vacancy in April under the famous Old Trafford lights.

Back in November the Citizens brushed aside their rivals 3-1 at the Etihad, meaning they’ve now won three of the last five Premier League meetings, including both of their last two visits to the Theatre of Dreams, and five of the last seven.
