Real Madrid are not giving up in their attempt to sign Premier League duo David de Gea and Eden Hazard as their two primary targets during this summer’s transfer window, according to the Mirror.
The duo have been heavily linked with Los Blancos over the last few weeks, with former Madrid president Ramon Calderon claiming in the previous week that his former side would be prepared to spend a mouth-watering €100m on Hazard.

The Chelsea forward has been in fine form for the Blues once again this season, scoring 11 times and contributing six assists so far, as his side head for another Premier League title.
Reports that broke out over the weekend suggested that the Blues will look to offer the Belgian an improved deal of £300k-a-week in a bid to fend-off interest from Madrid. However, the reigning European champions will not relent, and look set to revive their interest in Hazard as they seek to re-establish themselves as one of football’s top clubs by spending massively this summer.
According to The Star last week, that the La Liga champions were preparing a £66m bid for de Gea, which would make the Spaniard international one of the most expensive goalkeeper in the history of the game.

With current Real’s number one Keylor Navas coming under fire this season, it seems likely that Madrid will priorities signing a high profile goalkeeper this summer.
Yet, whilst they begin to tighten the screw on United’s main man, the Spanish giants will also look to simultaneously persist with their interest in Hazard, and are reportedly even willing to use striker Alvaro Morata as a bargaining chip in any potential deal for the Belgium international.
